I'm using discrete VGA: Intel and Radeon (Lenovo E450)
but can't find radeon in Additional drivers to activate it, only Intel there

fglrx/catalyst has been removed from 16.04 since it doesnt support Xorg 1.18 and AMD don't plan to support it for the LTS.

If you have a recent AMD card you will get support via the new AMDGPU/AMD Pro stack. http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=AMD-Hybrid-Linux-Driver

Buts its probably not ready yet.
