Bug Description

Installing
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-gnome/daily-live/20160303/xenial-desktop-i386.iso
on the Step 3, the status is not being shown:

        Your system have at least the amount a space indicated
        (If on a 'laptop'). Is plugged to a power source
        Is connected to the Internet

are not present.

Do you have sufficient disk space? What does parted -l show? Is the power plugged in? What does upower --dump show? Do you have a working network connection? What does nmcli networking connectivity show?
