Bug Description

installed system did not bring up QETH NIC device online

and thus there was no network available when booted.

I had to manually "group" the qeth driver, and bring it up online - e.g.:

echo 0.0.0600,0.0.0601,0.0.0602 > /sys/bus/ccwgroup/drivers/qeth/group
echo 1 > /sys/devices/qeth/0.0.0600/online
