Bug Description

Fingerprint login (GDM) dont set locale / language, so gnome-terminal wont run

$ locale
LANG=
LANGUAGE=
LC_CTYPE="POSIX"
LC_NUMERIC="POSIX"
LC_TIME="POSIX"
LC_COLLATE="POSIX"
LC_MONETARY="POSIX"
LC_MESSAGES="POSIX"
LC_PAPER="POSIX"

LC_ADDRESS="POSIX"
LC_TELEPHONE="POSIX"
LC_MEASUREMENT="POSIX"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="POSIX"
LC_ALL=

package installed:
apt-get install libpam-fprintd

I'm not sure if this related to gdm package.

additional info:
after choosing user, gdm show "or swipe finger", if we login here locale/LANG will not be set after login
but if cancel button pressed and try again several times, gdm shows "swipe your finger accross fingerprint reader" -> if we login here, locale set normally
