Bug Description
To reproduce boot a 15.10 live desktop image 32 bit and select something else for manual partitiong. Select an ext4 partition and select to format it and keep it the same size. I get an extraneous warning message about how I am moving the partition but it did not seem relevent.

II expected to not see a warning about moving partitons instead I saw this warning. Instead I got an extranoeous error message but failed to grab it but I can problay find string in teh source.
