Patterns not exporting correctly to PDF

Patterns are not exporting correctly to PDF under Inkscape 0.91 (Windows). The same file exports CORRECTLY when I use 0.48.

Look at the giant dark green "tree" areas and the bright orange hash-marked "out-of-bounds" areas. The patterns seem to be completely out-of-scale when exported to PDF.

I tried to create a "simpler" file to reproduce this pattern-scale bug, but they seemed to work.

1) Please provide information about which installer from inkscape.org was used (32bit/64bit; msi|exe|pafexe|7z) - this might matter since PDF export heavily depends on cairo, and the cairo versions included in 32bit and 64bit Windows packages from inkscape.org differs.

2) Please also attach the exported PDF file to allow further investigation and comparisons of the reported issue on other systems.

3) Which PDF viewer did you use to verify ("look") the content (appearance) of the exported PDF file?

Forgot to add: if possible, please attach both PDFs (the one exported with 0.48.5, and the one with 0.91).

I used Inkscape-0.48.5-1-win32.exe and inkscape-0.91-x64.msi to compare.

I am viewing with Adobe Reader X 10.1.8 in Both cases

Reproduced on Xubuntu 15.04, Inkscape 0.91 and trunk rev. 14382.
Not reproduced on Windows XP (32bit), Inkscape 0.91 and rev. 14382.

Very likely an issue with a dependency used to generate the PDF (the official devlibs tend to be older than the ones used in the x64 MSI package and in the GNU/Linux distros).
