Bug Description

We are planning to add the database node to UI monitoring pages. We need more info to display in the UI like

1. CPU Memory usage info like we do for other nodes to plot the scatter chart.
2. May be Cassandra version info.

We can more info that we wish to show.

Usually we have processes reporting their CPU/Memory using NodeUVE, but for cassandra, contrail-database-nodemgr should act as a proxy and report

. cassandra's CPU/memory utilization
. zookeeper's CPU/memory
. kafka's CPU/memory
. system's CPU/memory utilization

Added support to display mem/cpu info for third-party processes on all node types.

database node has 2 third-party processes - cassandra, zookeeper
Other nodes types have an empty list for now. This can be populated/extended as needed.
kafka and system mem/cpu is already covered by fix for bug-1467407
