During OEM install got two empy partitions on hard drive

Bug Description

While installing Ubuntu Utopic for this testcase: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/testcases/1305/info at point 37 sudo sfdisk-l shows me two empyt partitions, see attached screenshot.

The test was carried out using Italian language, keyboard and Rome timezone.
The Virtualbox VM I was testing on had two virtual disks, and I was installing on the first one /dev/sda selecting to delete Ubuntu and re-install it as I had previously used that VM for other tests.

That is normal; there are always exactly 4 primary partitions in an msdos partition table. Any that you do not use are reported by sfdisk to be empty.
