Bug Description

天气预报插件开机未启动
不论是用DASH,还是终端都不能启动
终端显示信息如下图

型号: Lenovo YangTianM6600N
系统: UK14.10Beta1 64bit

It could run normally on 14.04.1 LTS, but gets error when runing on 14.10 Beta 1 due to importError when 'import appindicator'. I found that the Python version is 2.7.4 on 14.04 and 2.7.8 on 14.10, while the python-indicator libs are the same.
