Lubuntu Software Center only shows installed packages

Right after installing Lubuntu there is a bug on the software center. It only shows installed packages even when trying to browse programs. This issue was on the last LTS either and althought it can be overcame whith a dpkg-reconfigure lubuntu-software-center it is quiet an inconvenient issue for a newbie.

And there is not a normal searching possibility int this veersion.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Here is the fix that works for me...

sudo dpkg-reconfigure lubuntu-software-center

I knew about this fix but I hoped it will be fixed out of the box. It seems that this issue doesn't exist any more in Lubuntu 14.04.
