Bug Description

Hi
TESTCASE:
In a live environment, open the unity control center and try to slightly move the volume regulation, it won't follow the pointer position, see attached screencast.
This is not reproducible on VM, on other regulations sliders are following the pointer as expected to be

I'm able to reproduce this in a normal session just by starting to drag the slider very slowly.

However, I'm also able to reproduce this with stock GtkRange widgets too, which is what IDO is using, so I don't think this bug is specific to IDO. Fabio, could you report this upstream to GTK+'s devs with a demo using the GtkRange widgets from, say, gtk3-demo (in the gtk-3-examples package) -> color chooser -> change above color -> add color -> slow drag on the range sliders?
