alphabetical sorting in lxtask is case sensitive

Bug Description

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a couple shell scripts with CamelCase filenames, e.g. Foo and Bar
2. Run lxtask
3. Click on "Command" to sort by file name

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Have commands sorted in a case-insensitive manner.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Upper case is sorted before lower case.

VERSIONS AFFECTED:
trusty to vivid

I believe this is now fixed in latest versions of lxtask released by upstream. Thank you very much.

in both vivid and utopic, this bug is still present, though it was sort of poorly defined. not sure it's really a bug or just outside of the original design, but this is a case sensitivity issue.

let's assume we had tasks Foo, foo, Bar, and bar.

currently, lxtask sorts like so:
Bar
Foo
bar
foo

the OP would like:
bar
Bar
foo
Foo

needless to say, i'm calling this low.

i'm actually going to assume this is not an issue of fulfilling the design and call it a wishlist item.
