Skia bench test suite is not running on Panda - Linaro Android kitkat builds.

Skia test suite is not running on Pandaboard builds. When I run skia_bench, there will be a segmentation fault is happening on the graphics libraries. These are the log messages retrieved on running skia_bench.

verified the skia bench test locally on Panda 4460 with Latest Linaro Android kitkat builds:

As for https://bugs.linaro.org/show_bug.cgi?id=436, this one may need to be changed to Won't Fix if we don't have a plan to run that test.
