Missing Language Data

Trust Xubuntu Daily Build Nov 9 2013.

Some language selections do not change the on-line language. These include:
- Cymraeg
- Samegillii
- Tagalog
- Make....
- 2 others that I cannot print here

In addition, the 5th language entry from the bottom of the list not only does not display, it hangs the installer.
