Bug Description

On Lubuntu 13.10, right click on "Desktop Pager" applet in lxpanel and choose "Desktop Pager Settings" does nothing. We can notice the same behavior by clicking on "Edit" button for Desktop Pager in Panel Settings, "Panel Applets" tab.

The expected behavior is that Openbox Configuration Manager opens on the "Desktops" tab.

Have you done this before successfully or is it that you're not aware how?
Please describe what you're trying to change and what you've done to try to
resolve it.

This is still an issue in a fresh install of Lubuntu 14.10.

Are there any workarounds?

That is the not being able to add a desktop by right
clicking "Desktop Pager" in system tray applet in lxpane .

By middle clicking the Desktop you do get a menue that
can add another desktop or more, but I found whatever
change done this way does not carryover after a reboot.

*Best workaround I found is
Preferences > Openbox Configuration Manager
Desktops tab
Number of Desktops option plus or minus

Doing this I found that adding a third desktop remains
persistent on reboot.
