Bug Description

应该是Ubuntu13.10的新特性吧，显示dash的情况下，顶栏图标都变成白色了。
但是其中的输入法配置图标显示异常，呈现为一个白色方块，内部的细节消失。
见图，放大显示更明显。

这个可能与fcitx的indicator实现有关，我们会让人分析确认一下这个问题

I suspect this is related to dbus auto-launch of ibus, which is triggered by user action in gnome-settings-daemon or unity-control-center/gnome-control-center.
