Bug Description

Trying to install Kubuntu 13.10 alpha 1 amd64. After the language step ubiquity throws an error: 'ubi-partman failed with exit code 141'. It gives me two options, retry and ignore. Retry gets the same error and ignore lets the process continue, however there is no statusbar and I get the feeling ubiquity is not really installing anything.

Not truly installing, it has been running for more that half an hour. Displaying the message "The installation will finish soon.", but it doesn't.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I noticed that you reported this from an older version of the development release of Ubuntu. It would be helpful if you could retest this with the latest daily build of Ubuntu. Thanks in advance!

Hey Brian,
I noticed this bug in the Alpha 1 image of Kubuntu, however it is still present in the Beta 1 image that I've tested yesterday.

Ignore comment #5 typed it too early in the morning, thought this was another bug report. I haven't seen the bug during my Beta 1 testing.
