Bug Description

steps:
Disconnect from all networks
Scroll down with the network indicator and deselect networks
Launch the Facebook webapp
An offline message shall be rendered

result:
At this point there is no offline message

This sounds like an issue with the build itself and not the testcase, so I'm reassigning to ubuntu-touch. If that's wrong, feel free to assign it back and we'll update the test accordingly :-)
