[Regression] No wifi after suspend/resume

Eventually wifi will connect again, but it takes several attempts.

This bug seems to have been introduced by the following commit:

I built a raring test kernel with commit b835763 reverted. This resolved the bug. The test kernel I used is available at the following link:

I also sent a request to the patch author upstream requesting feedback.

This bug has been fixed in Ubuntu-3.8.0-15.25
