Bug Description
Kubuntu 12.04.2 is not installing LTS quantal enablement stack bits i.e. Kernel/X/Mesa etc.

According to Jonathan Riddell, this is by design; the Kubuntu 12.04.2 images are not meant to be using the quantal enablement stack.
