no login background lubuntu daily 13.04 Vbox

the lubuntu 13.04 daily doesn't have a background for the login screen. just black
the bug only seems to appear in Vbox

I cannot reproduce this with Lubuntu Alternate amd64 dated 20121218 on KVM.

so it is probably Vbox only or Desktop install only
