Bug Description

Starting from recently, almost every time I reboot (or is it _every_ time I reboot? not sure), network manager doesn't show available wireless networks. If I click on the icon I see only:
-"Enable networking" (checked)
-"Enable wireless" (checked)
-Edit connections

I wait for several minutes, close and reopen the dropdown menu again and again to give it an opportunity to "refresh", but nothing.

My workaround is to switch off and on the HARDWARE switch that my laptop has for wireless and bluetooth. That "wakes up" Network Manager which then gets the list of available networks.
